Cycle is a bi-monthly Hindi magazine for 9-12 year old children. With it a mundane everyday life becomes interesting, humorous and engaging. Through stories, poems, letters, travelogues and non-fiction articles on history, art, science, philosophy, it features the child’s world and his inquisitiveness. These writings accompany the beautiful hand drawn picture spreads.

Highlights of the issue:

This issue remembers famous Hindi writer and our regular contributor, Swayam Prakash. A collection of some of writings is put together. The collection celebrates variety in his writings.

A travelogue, Bulgaria ke Ek Gaanv ki Yatra, by Asgar Wajahat takes you to the everyday village life in the mountainous region of Bulgaria. Where the host also makes the writer help her out in everyday chores. Bhargav Kulkarni's illustrations re-create the village for our eyes.

Interview of an artist, Priya Kurien, also features in the issue. A collection of her artwork is also up for display in the magazine. Do have a look.
